Apparently Tampa didn't get the memo that Josh Freeman isn't actually a good QB so they went ahead and TRADED UP to get him. Seriously, Tampa, he's the second coming of Kyle Boller. Apparently nobody learns in the NFL.
Also, what's with the Browns? They traded their first draft pick, now they traded the draft pick that they traded for. Eric Mangini apparently doesn't like drafting.
