Tonight was a fun game vs. a severely outmatched opponent. The main thing was the defense looked smothering regardless of how bad Mo. Western was. I kinda wish we had shown a little more love for the Griffons than we did...continuously shooting less than 10 seconds into the shot clock when you're up by 40+ just doesn't feel right. But hell, I got my dunks, KLaw put a smile on my face, and Brown even showed a flash or two that kept my confidence in him alive.

Seeing Darryl Butterfield in tonight's game was a pleasant surprise. I hate to admit it, but we desperately need his size in there to back up Lyons and Carroll. Pimp slappin' a ho every once in a while isn't exactly acceptable, but who knows what exactly happened in this case??? Seems to remain a mystery. I actually saw Butters at a movie last weekend with a lady friend. Hopefully for them, it was just some kind of mistake that can be put in the past and he'll be able to get back into action asap.

Ready or not, Monday is go time. I'm ready for a trip to KC...
