Big Head posted this yesterday but I couldn't let it pass without throwing up a post of my own. In case you missed it, a kU student, Mark Petterson, lost to an MU student on Monday's episode of Jeopardy.
Rather than giving props to the person who beat him, this kUchebag blamed the defeat on the buzzers. The buzzers...seriously? At least he admitted that the MU contestant was quicker than him. But it's cool because Petterson didn't really care about winning the game show.
"If it was football, I would care," he said. "If it's 'Jeopardy!,' I don't really care."
I don't know a lot about how Jeopardy works but I'm pretty sure you have to pay your way to tryouts and whatnot. Apparently that means nothing to this guy. Nor does the thousands of dollars he probably lost by coming in second. Good thing he has a football team that has played in so many Big 12 championship games. Oh wait...
Another thing that caught my attention was in the video included in the link. Notice how everyone has the same Frodo Lord of the Rings haircut? Which is fitting because apparently this tool possesses a knowledge of the Lord of the Rings books. He also supposably knows a lot about the University of Florida football team (not his own school's team) and the metric system (not American).
I could easily see this guy showing up again in a kUchebag post.
