Oklahoma State 38 Baylor 10
Okie State showed they can overcome Dez Bryant and Kendall Hunter missing and win in the B12 last week. Keith Toston didn't have his normal game against Mizzou, but he may against Baylor. Baylor has some good players on the defensive side of the ball, but not up front. Baylor's offense has struggled since RGIII blew out his knee, and you have to score points to win. Okie State in a landslide.

Nebraska 38 Iowa State 20
The Clones played well last week at home against Baylor, and is the only team that has drastically improved from '08. But let's get back to reality- they were godawful in '08. Their '08 season was like being stuck with a lot lizard, so there was no way to go but up. Nebraska hasn't announced their starting QB, but expect to see both Zac Lee and Cody Green in this one, and Bobo should go with the hot hand. ISU has shown they can win a few games, but one on the road against the Huskers? Doubtful. Roy Helu should get more touches than a kid that talks to a pedofile ice cream man with that QB controversy.

Colorado 21 Kansas State 9
If I told you before the season that this is a battle for the B12N lead, you'd laugh, right? Think I was drunk, right? I feel like I should be drinking, heavily, because if K-State wins this one, they start to go away from the pack. Of course, they do have another conference game in hand than everyone else, but three B12 wins already if the Mildcats win? Damn. As much as I'd like to not have to pay attention to this one, it's a big game. Colorado looked good last week, as did K-State. Of course, K-State's two wins are against ISU and ATM, two of the weaker B12 teams. I'm calling upset on this, and going Colorado. The Buffs have talent, but haven't been able to harvest this thing yet.

Oklahoma 32 Kansas 24
How does OU overcome more injuries on the road? Oklahoma is still a pretty good team, but their schedule has done them zero favors. kU is the dog at home after losing to Colorado last week, which made me order a few rounds of Victory Whiskey, especially with Nebraska losing as well (of course, Mizzou gave me a chance to drink some rounds of Taste of Defeat later). It ultimately wouldn't surprise me if kU wins this one, but dammit, Oklahoma has too much talent. There's no way they'd lose this thing, right? It's a crossroads game for both teams. Boomer.

Texas Tech 48 Texas A&M 13
Tech woke up last week against the Huskers in Lincoln (hmm, who called this?). ATM struggled like a single mom working four jobs in Ames. ATM might be done for the season after that loss. TTech is movin' on up.
