Texas 32 Oklahoma 18
USC/Notre Dame? Don't listen to Lou Holtz. He looks like a baseball glove. This is the marquee game of the weekend. Can Oklahoma overcome all the injuries and actually take Texas? For some reason, Oklahoma is the trendy pick to win this. Not sure why. Texas has everything in on this game- BCS title game and revenge for last year. It's not Colt v Sam. Texas has a better D, and that's what Bradford is going against. Should be close early on, but when Texas gets going, this thing is ovaaaaaah.
Texas Tech 38 Nebraska 28
Not to sound like a total douche, but this could go either way (no shit!). TTech doesn't have a running game, and their defense has larger holes than a hobo's clothes. With that said, TTech will throw points on the board like no tomorrow. Will their D bend but not break? The Huskers can't throw up points like that, or at least, they haven't shown it. Are the Huskers still riding the high of the ugliest win ever? Is TTech the 2nd best team in the B12S right now? They played Texas strong on the road, and threw 66pts on the board last week. The TTech season has gone 2 wins, and 2 losses, and now with 2 more wins, is this a loss? So many questions, and many will be answered Saturday. It wouldn't surprise me if Nebraska wins, but I'll roll with the upset.
Kansas 28 Colorado 21
kU is the worst undefeated team. Colorado played better last week against Texas, if you can say that in a 24pt loss. I'll still take kU, in yet another close win. Reesing saved this team over and over in a 5pt win against a pretty bad Iowa State squad. This is a shot for Colorado to win, but they'll still piss it away.
Baylor 21 Iowa State 13
Gewww! Iowa State has the better offense out of this one, and Baylor has the better defensive talent. Home field could play the winning factor on this, so Iowa State...I guess.
Texas A&M 42 Kansas State 17
Man, if Baylor and ISU wasn't a shitter, we have this. ATM looked good last year, and moved the ball. K-State hasn't moved the ball against a decent team. ATM has more talent, and is improving. Aggies roll, and will get someone to overlook them. Hell, Okie State almost did last week.
