It's got to be on scale with something I never thought I'd hear said. You know, the 'Superman joins with Lex Luther' moment is, gulp, I'm rooting for kU. It just feels dirty to think about, and looks even worse on the screen, but at least it is only true for two games. The first game is Saturday where the buckleshoes go to Manhattan, and the second comes when Nebraska visits Larryville.
I feel bad for even thinking about rooting for kU, especially since I never have really needed to, but if Mizzou is to win the Big 12 North, the Tigers must win out, and the Mildcats must lose at least one (and have Mizzou win in Manhattan), and Nebraska needs two losses. Nebraska's schedule? Oklahoma, kU, K-State, and Colorado. Obviously, the K-State game could just eliminate one of them if K-State gets an L this weekend as well.
