It's been a while since Mizzou has gone into a basketball season with some clear-cut marketable players. For years we were forced to dawn don the jerseys of average and somewhat forgettable players like Jason Conley, Thomas Gardner/Steph Hannah and Marshall Brown. (Note: I'm really not intending to bash those guys personally. Conley and Gardner were decent players but not quite the kind of guys who you want a jersey of to wear around. And I meant to bash Hannah and Brown. Especially Hannah.)
But this year it looks like the bookstore is finally selling the replica of one of the most likable Tigers in recent memory:
