Some dickbag Cowboys fans will tell you Texas and Cowboys Stadiums are open up so God can watch, you know, like he'd actually be a Cowboys fan. Via Mizzou's Twitter page, it looks like Reliant will be open.
It is projected that the roof will be open for the 2009 Texas Bowl at Reliant Stadium
