The luck ran out on the Tigers staying injury free on Tuesday. Starting tackle Dan Hoch sprained his knee, which could have been a lot worse. Jack Meiners moves up to the starting gig for now, but it appears Hoch will only be out two weeks, not bad considering what it could have been.
After Hoch went down in a pile, tight end Andrew Jones decided to bruise his hip (hip pointer). Jones might miss today's practice, but that should be it.
Then, Brandon Gerau blew up his left leg after making a catch. He'll miss more time than Hoch according to Dave Matter.
